TELETHONS
The satirical Easy Now AI Telethon aims to raise awareness for people who don’t know how to download a free app on their phones. For every dollar raised, the Easy Now AI Celebrity Help fund promises to teach one adult how to use the app store on their respective device. Viewers are encouraged to call-in to donate (operators are standing by!) or call-in for help. A panel of app experts with extensive experience downloading free apps will walk potential Easy Now AI users through the initial brave steps of downloading their first free app. The telethon will feature all the hallmarks of a great celebrity fundraiser: a velvet curtain backdrop, constantly ringing phones, a host in a glittery suit, and of course a cardboard thermometer measuring how much money has been donated.
TIME-LIFE COMMERCIALS
Nick Nash joins us again for a Time-Life Commercial parody that introduces classic one-liners from Easy Now AI. A retro-inspired host, decked out in late 80s / early 90s attire and exuding over-the-top charisma sets the comedic tone. The spoof cleverly plays on the familiar format of Time-Life commercials, complete with themed graphics, vintage tv frames, testimonials, and the constantly scrolling list of Easy Now AI’s quintessential zingers such as: “I won’t be making it to the funeral,” “I spent all our money on a bean bag,” and “I don’t care if the wedding is tomorrow, I can’t go through with this for one more second.”
